By enrolling in any training program offered by Zenfli Training Institute, the student agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms serve to establish clear expectations and responsibilities between the institute and the student during the course of their training.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To enroll in Zenfli Training Institute programs, students must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum age requirement: [20+].

3. Enrollment Process

4. Course Fees and Payment Terms

• Payments are due before the commencement of the course unless otherwise agreed upon.

• A non-refundable registration fee may apply to each course.

• Failure to pay on time may result in the suspension of course access, non-issue of certifications, or removal from the program.

5. Course Content and Changes

• Zenfli Training Institute reserves the right to update, modify, or revise the course curriculum, delivery methods, and course materials as needed.

• The institute will notify students of any significant changes to course schedules, content, or instructors.

• The institute is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by these changes and strives to minimize disruption to the learning experience.

6. Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is expected, as it is integral to completing the training successfully.

• In the event of an absence, students must notify the institute as soon as possible.

• Persistent absenteeism without valid reasons may lead to disqualification from receiving certification.

• Online programs may have specific attendance and participation requirements, including completing quizzes, assignments, or virtual interactions.

7. Certification

• Upon successful completion of a course, students will receive a certificate of completion or relevant accreditation.

• Certification is contingent upon meeting attendance requirements, completing all assignments or assessments, and achieving a satisfactory grade.

• The institute reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met or if there is any academic dishonesty.

8. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during the course. Any disruptive behavior or breach of the following code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the program:

• Treating all instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect.

• Avoiding cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty.

• Abiding by the institute’s rules regarding the use of equipment, materials, and the training environment.

9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

• Students agree not to disclose any confidential or proprietary information provided during the course.

• All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, slides, assignments, and exams, remain the intellectual property of Zenfli Training Institute and are for the student's personal use only.

• Reproduction or distribution of any course materials without prior written consent from the institute is prohibited.

10. Liability

• Zenfli Training Institute is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during the course or on the premises, except where such injury or loss is caused by the negligence of the institute.

• Students must follow safety guidelines provided during practical training and on-site activities.

11. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• If a course is canceled by the institute, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

• Students who wish to withdraw from a course must do so at least [insert number] days before the start of the course to receive a full refund, minus the registration fee.

• No refunds will be given after the course commences unless under special circumstances such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events that prevent attendance.

12. Force Majeure
